Standard Terms & Conditions

***DUE TO CONSTANT & UNCERTAIN CHANGES IN TARIFFS PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

*Approved Submittals may be required by Current Electrical Supply prior to release of any order.

*Unless otherwise noted, quotations do not include freight or tax.  Freight and or tax will be added to the cost of all orders.  Multiple releases of orders, pre-shipment of parts, partial shipments, staggered releases & stored materials may be subject to additional and multiple freight charges. 

*Spare Material or "Attic Stock" (Including, but not limited to Lamps, Ballasts, Breakers, etc) are NOT included in quotes unless otherwise specified. 

*Some items may be subject to a deposit or pre-payment.

*Quoted prices are subject to change at any time prior to purchase order acceptance by Current Electrical Supply without notice.  Any modifications, changes or addendum will immediately cancel the original quote.

*Order acceptance by Current Electrical Supply is subject to and contingent upon credit approval.  

*Current Electrical Supply reserves the right to cancel any order due to changes in credit-worthiness of the customer. 

*All Orders are FOB shipping unless otherwise noted.

*Item Counts, including lighting fixtures, must be verified by the customer.  Current Electrical Supply is not responsible for products or quantities outside of any quotation or customer purchase order. 

*Product returns are subject to restocking charges & return freight charges.  Current Electrical Supply does not guarantee returns on non-stock, non-conforming or "special order" items. 

 *Current Electrical Supply reserves the right to change or amend its terms at any time.  

*Current Electrical Supply reserves the right to issue or deny credit to customers at any point.  

*Credit issued to customers may be cancelled or recalled at any point by Current Electrical Supply. 

*Customers agree to pay for all invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.  

*All invoices not paid within 30 Days of the invoice date will be charged a service charge of 1.5% per month, not to exceed the highest amount lawfully allowed in the state of Georgia.  An additional service charge will be issued every 30 days thereafter.  All customers agree to pay the service charge within 30 days of notice. 

*In case of any default in relation to any transactions made, the customer shall pay Seller’s reasonable collection, collection agency and attorneys’ fees and costs, whether or not any action is filed, including without limitation such fees and costs related to collection, arbitration, trial, and on an appeal, review or reconsideration thereof, and any such fees or costs incurred after any award or judgement is entered. Jurisdiction and venue for any legal action shall be in the state and country of: (a) where agreement is signed, (b) where the materials at issue were purchased, (c) where the materials where incorporated, (d) as otherwise provided by the law, with Current Electrical Supply having sole right to choose among these jurisdictions and venues for any particular dispute. This application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which Current Electrical Supply elects to bring an action without resort to principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
